Rafferty's is situated on the shores of beautiful Lake Macquarie, which is four times the size of Sydney Harbour. The area surrounding the resort was traditionally known as Galgabba Creek, which means a good place to rest. Nestled amongst the trees on a quiet bay of Cams Wharf, the self catering resort offers visitors an opportunity to experience 35 acres of pure relaxation and rejuvenation - just 90 minutes north of Sydney.
Rafferty's facilities include, four tennis courts, four swimming pools (one indoor heated pool with spa), beach volleyball,a children's playground, kids club (school holidays only) and lakeside jetty.
Rafferty's is ideally located just a few minutes drive from pristine local surf beaches and walking distance from shady lakeside parkland, ideal for a leisurely picnic, bathing or maybe a spot of fishing.
